Pricely (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to pricely.com and any Pricely apps or services that link to it.

Information we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, phone, country), preferences (currency, language), and activity on the site — pages viewed, searches, favorites, saved deals and affiliate link clicks — so we can operate the deal-discovery experience and improve it.

How we use it

To operate your account, favorites, saved deals and shopping list.
To route affiliate clicks to the correct retailer and measure performance.
To personalize recommendations, including through Pricely AI.
To send the newsletter, if you opt in, and account-related emails.
To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We share data with infrastructure providers who host the platform (database, authentication, storage), and with marketplaces only in the form of an anonymous affiliate click referral — we do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your account details from Account → Profile, manage notification preferences from Account → Notifications, and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
