What Pricely is

Pricely is a deal-discovery platform. We help you find and compare products listed by third-party marketplaces. Except where explicitly marked as a Pricely product, we are not the seller of record — your purchase contract is with the retailer you're redirected to.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse engineer the platform.
• Don't use the AI assistant to attempt to extract data outside its intended purpose.
• Don't misrepresent your identity when creating an account.

Pricing and availability

Prices, discounts and availability are sourced from our partner marketplaces and can change without notice. We work to keep listings accurate but the retailer's own page is authoritative at checkout.

Limitation of liability

Pricely is provided “as is”. We're not liable for issues arising from a purchase made on a third-party marketplace.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
